Due to the nature of our products and sanitation standards, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right — every artist deserves supplies she can trust.

Lost or Stolen Packages

The Pretty Palace is not responsible for packages lost or stolen once they've been marked delivered by the shipping carrier.

We always recommend selecting a secure delivery location and tracking your order closely once it ships.

Local pickup is available for our Wilmington customers. You'll receive an email with pickup instructions once your order is ready.

Prefer to shop in person? Visit our lash supply vending machine inside Independence Mall, 3500 Oleander Drive, Wilmington NC — with more locations arriving in 2027.
