• Neily Davis Lash Supplies does accept returns for store credit only. However, we are not responsible for the shipping cost of the returns, and we do not offer refunds but store credit is available for any return items that’s accepted. 
• To qualify for store credit your item(s) must be shipped and returned exactly how it was received. The item(s) must be opened and still in the original packaging as new. 
• Returns must be within 30 days of the day that the package was delivered. 
• Once the item(s) are returned back to our warehouse, the item(s) will go through inspection to verify and if passed, credit will be applied within 1-3 business days.
